For out-of-town guests, the nearest airport is Crystal Valley International Airport, located approximately 30 miles from the wedding venue. Shuttle services will be provided to transport guests from the airport to the venue.
Crystal Valley Inn: Situated just a few miles from the wedding venue, Crystal Valley Inn offers a range of comfortable rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.
Hillside Retreat: This boutique hotel is located in the nearby town and offers a scenic view of the surrounding hills. It provides spacious rooms and a serene ambiance for guests.
Ladies:
Guests are encouraged to wear elegant and stylish attire suitable for a formal event. Long or cocktail-length dresses in soft pastel colors or floral patterns are highly recommended. Accessories such as hats, fascinators, or delicate jewelry can add a touch of garden elegance to the ensemble.
Gentlemen:
Men are requested to wear formal suits or tuxedos in dark or neutral tones. A white dress shirt, complemented by a tie or bowtie, will complete the polished look. Incorporating a pocket square or a floral boutonniere can add a subtle nod to the garden theme.

4:00 PM – Arrival and check-in at respective accommodations
6:00 PM – Welcome Dinner: Guests are invited to join the wedding party for a casual gathering at the Enchanting Meadows Estate. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Saturday, 14 January, 2023:
10:00 AM – Free morning for guests to relax and explore the area. Optional activities include hiking trails, spa treatments, or visiting nearby attractions.
2:00 PM – Wedding Ceremony: Guests are requested to gather at the outdoor ceremony site at Enchanting Meadows Estate. The couple will exchange vows amidst the breathtaking backdrop of rolling meadows and blooming flowers.
3:00 PM – Cocktail Hour: After the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour on the venue’s garden terrace, featuring signature cocktails and delectable appetizers.
5:00 PM – Reception: The wedding reception will take place in a beautifully decorated marquee overlooking the enchanting meadows. Guests will indulge in a delightful multi-course dinner, accompanied by live music and dancing.
Sunday, 15 January, 2023:
9:00 AM – Farewell Brunch: Guests are invited to join the newlyweds for a relaxed and intimate brunch at the Enchanting Meadows Estate. A delicious spread of breakfast favorites will be served, providing an opportunity for final goodbyes and well wishes.
12:00 PM – Check-out and departure at own leisure.
Registry Website: The couple has created a personalized wedding website where guests can find all the necessary information, including the link to their gift registry.
Registry Selection: The gift registry offers a wide range of items carefully selected by the couple to suit their preferences and needs. It includes options for home decor, kitchen appliances, travel accessories, and experiences.
Charitable Donations: In addition to traditional gifts, the couple has also included an option for guests to make charitable donations on their behalf. They have chosen a couple of charities that are close to their hearts, giving guests an opportunity to contribute to causes they believe in.
